Sandra Peña is a Client Partner and Head of the Chicago office at Pedersen & Partners, with 20 years of experience with multinational Executive Search, Professional Services, and Global Manufacturing organizations.
Throughout her career in Executive Search, Sandra has developed her expertise through key roles at international firms where she successfully led executive searches for Board, C-Suite, and VP-level leaders in Human Resources, Finance, Commercial, and Technology functions across Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Healthcare, and Technology industry sectors. Sandra is focused on delivering results through a client-centric and consultative approach, with a strong focus on aligning leadership talent with business strategies to drive growth.
Prior to entering into the Executive Search industry, Sandra worked in Commercial Leadership roles including, Business Development and Account Management, covering Latin America for Market Research and Consulting organizations. Sandra commenced her career in International Sales and Finance roles with a publicly listed industrial manufacturer, as well as International Sales for a commercial equipment manufacturer.
Sandra earned her BBA in Finance, BA in Spanish, and MBA at the University of Wisconsin, Oshkosh and is based in Chicago, Illinois. In addition to her native English, Sandra speaks fluent Spanish.
