Sasa Stebe is a Client Partner within the Pedersen & Partners Leadership Consulting Practice, Adriatics, and is based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. With a career spanning over two decades, Ms. Stebe spent over 12 years in senior corporate HR positions with Novo Nordisk, Goodyear HR, and NLB Group, in positions that included HR Business Partner for the Adriatics, Head of Education Centre and Talent Management, Head of HR, and GM. She has worked extensively with senior talent to develop their international careers, and has delivered global and regional leadership assignments across many industries. For the past six years, Ms. Stebe has worked as a Leadership Services Partner, Adriatics for a Leadership Advisory Firm, leading the competency assessment and development of senior executives, specialising in Management Audit & Human Capital Due Diligence in M&A processes. Within Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Stebe focuses on Leadership Consulting Practice mandates across all sectors. Moreover, she currently serves as the Vice-President of the Slovenian HR Association.
Ms. Stebe has a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Clinical Psychology from the University of Ljubljana, as well as a Mergers & Acquisitions Course Certificate from the London Business School, and an Executive MBA from the Cotrugli Business School in Croatia. Ms. Stebe is a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and EFQM Assessor (auditor of excellence in organisations) and holds various certifications for Assessment, Development and Coaching. Ms. Stebe speaks fluent Croatian, Serbian, and English, and can communicate in French.
