Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Vilipus served as a Recruiter for an international HR firm, managing recruitment assignments in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Ms. Vilipus holds a BSc in Logistics from Tallinn University of Technology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Estonian Business School in Tallinn. In addition to her native Estonian, she is fluent in English and German and has a basic knowledge of Russian.
