Mr. Chaudhury has over 25 years of C-Suite leadership and over 10 years of Executive Search experience. He has expertise in building talent pipelines and driving succession planning for some of the largest corporates in India, together with strategic planning for leading brands. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Chaudhury held top leadership roles in communications MNCs: President and Country Manager for Portland India, Senior VP for McCann Erickson, and VP in J Walter Thompson. As an Executive Search Consultant, he has partnered closely with large Consumer Goods & Retail, Social Impact, Education, Industry and Media conglomerates to help strengthen their leadership teams. Mr. Chaudhury has published articles in leading business media covering a variety of issues including the challenges faced by CEOs, new perspectives for search consultants, human resources, and the impact of diversity.
Mr. Chaudhury is a Physics honours graduate from St Stephen’s College and has an (MBA) from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. He speaks English and Hindi fluently.
