Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Hawkins was Vice President & Managing Director for a US-based Technology search firm, completing strategic senior leadership searches in General Management, Finance, Operations, and Engineering functions within the Technology sector. Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Hawkins clients included Fortune 500 companies, small to mid-cap public corporations, P/E firms and P/E portfolio companies, VC-backed start-ups, and growing mid-market organizations.
