Thao Bui is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners who splits her time between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Ms. Bui has approximately two decades of professional experience within Executive Search, Recruitment, and Staffing. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Bui managed the Executive Search division in Vietnam of an international Human Resources Consulting firm and gained extensive experience across a variety of industry sectors. Ms. Bui’s experience includes developing client relationships and delivering Executive Search and Leadership Solutions to both local and multinational organisations.
Ms. Bui holds a B.A. in English from Hanoi Open University. In addition to her native Vietnamese, Ms. Bui also speaks English.
