Ulrik Rasmussen is the Partner in charge of Pedersen & Partners' Global Real Estate Practice and Global Sports Practice.
During his career with Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Rasmussen has completed over 600 senior-level Executive Search and Strategy Consulting mandates. A widely recognized professional in the global Real Estate Executive Search industry, he has also completed senior assignments in the Sports, Financial Services, and Professional Advisory sectors. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for a consulting firm and worked at the European Parliament in Brussels. Earlier in his career, he was a semi-professional athlete and represented Denmark as a youth soccer player.
Mr. Rasmussen is Board Member of a Denmark - headquartered international owner, producer and Private Label skin and special care company called House of Cosmetics. The firm has successfully exited own product lines and advised several celebrities including athletes, fashion and sports brands.
Mr. Rasmussen graduated from Harvard Business School and holds a Master’s degree from Katholieke Universiteit in Leuven, Belgium. In addition to his native Danish, he is fluent in English.
