Vladana Krstic is the Life Sciences & Healthcare Practice Group Program Manager at Pedersen & Partners, based in Belgrade. In her current international role, Ms. Krstic focuses on supporting the global team of consultants with knowledge, marketing and research support for global, regional, and country level search mandates in the Life Sciences and Healthcare domains. She has been working across all functional areas from Clinical and R&D, to Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain up to Commercial, Market Access, Business Development as well as ESG, Public Policy and other Regulatory related leadership roles, and on non-executive mandates. Vladana joined the firm in 2008, and since then she has worked on over 200 search assignments, gaining extensive Executive Search experience across various industries. In addition to her recent focus on Life Sciences and Healthcare, she has prior experience in Private Equity, Industrial, Consumer Goods, Financial Services, and Professional Advisory Services domains across Europe. Previously, Ms. Krstic worked at Aluplast in Belgrade and was a proprietary trader with Swift Trade Inc.
Ms. Krstic has a Marketing degree from the University of Belgrade, Serbia. In addition to her native Serbian, she speaks fluent English and can communicate in Greek.
