Alex Saltonstall is the CEO of Printful, the first Latvian unicorn company. In 2023, the company forecasts a revenue milestone of $350M+. Printful fulfils and ships custom clothing, accessories, and home & living items for online businesses. Alex has a vast experience in rapidly scaling innovative e-commerce solutions and large organizations. Previously, he served as the General Manager of CastleGate and Partner Operations at Wayfair, one of the world's largest home goods retailers. At Printful, Alex focuses on delivering the company's growth strategy of launching additional products and services and building the enterprise-level customer segment. He also serves on Printful's Board of Directors.
Yuri Romanenkov is the Executive Vice President of the Stockholm School of Economics. Yuri has 15 years of consulting experience supporting business leaders and private equity investors. Following a career at Boston Consulting Group, based in London, and working across Europe and North America, and a teaching engagement at Harvard, Yuri now combines consulting work with teaching (as Academic Director of the Next Generation Digital Strategy programme at London Business School and the Executive MBA programme at the Stockholm School of Economics Riga) and researching strategy. His core expertise in both consulting and research is innovative business models, including platforms and business ecosystems.
Gary Williams is the Global Chief Executive Officer at Pedersen & Partners. He has over 21 years of extensive experience in Executive Search and is highly regarded as a search partner primarily focused on C-level in Asia Pacific and on a global basis. Gary has extensive experience in partnering with clients as they develop and transform their leadership teams in both emerging and mature markets. Mr. Williams worked at the Global Management Consulting firms PwC, Accenture, and EY prior to commencing his career in Executive Search. Image
