Riga Board Room Lunch
The Board Room Lunches is a series of events, intended to give you the opportunity to leave the day-to-day business for two hours and get inspired by presentations on interesting subjects delivered by a charismatic person and discussed by people like you. The events are organized by the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga in co-operation with a leading international executive search firm Pedersen & Partners.
The speaker of the event will be Mrs. Ginta Cimdina, Country Manager at Finnish energy company Fortum in Latvia. In 2013, Fortum’s sales totalled EUR 6.1 billion and comparable operating profit was EUR 1.6 billion. Fortum employs 8,800 people. 51% of Fortum’s shares belong to the Finnish state, the rest of company’s shares are traded on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki.
