Armelle Boulon has built a solid reputation through senior-level search assignments for both regional roles in Central Europe and global positions in a broad range of sectors such as Manufacturing, FMCG/Retail, and Financial Services. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Boulon was Managing Partner at a Paris-based international Executive Search firm’s office in the Czech Republic after several years of being Partner at their Budapest office.
