Last week Pedersen & Partners in Netherlands held a professional round table discussion and breakfast meeting with Top HR Professionals dedicated to Digital Transformation.
A comfortable breakfast setting was chosen with a goal to stimulate the exchange of topics and challenges that businesses currently face and to share the best practices that some of the companies are implementing. A select group of Regional HR professionals discussed the impact of digitisation on the role of HR in their organisation, emphasising that their function is expected to take a lead role in the company's digital transformation and define the digital employee experience.
