Enterprise Investors and Pedersen & Partners hold their first MBO & MBI Club meeting in Tallinn
Tallin, Estonia - Enterprise Investors, the largest and most successful private equity fund manager operating across CEE, and Pedersen & Partners, the largest executive search firm in CEE, are holding their first MBO & MBI Club in Tallinn, Estonia. The Club has been operational since 2004 in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia and has expanded into Bulgaria and the Baltic countries in 2006.
The Club is focusing on the issues and challenges facing ambitious managers interested in acquiring a business through a Management-Buy-In (MBI) or Buy-Out (MBO) and accessing the necessary capital.
