Global Executive Search firm Pedersen & Partners opens office in Zürich and appoints Thomas Heeger as Country Manager

Thomas Heeger is the Country Manager for Switzerland. Mr. Heeger has worked in Executive Search since 2009. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Heeger was the Managing Partner, Switzerland for an Executive Search boutique with a focus on Life Sciences. Mr. Heeger has conducted searches within the Pharma, Biotech, Medtech, Diagnostics, and IT industries. Prior to starting his Executive Search career, he was the VP for Finance and Strategic Operations, Europe at Novo Nordisk and designed and implemented a broad financial strategy across the company, while also exploring new areas of growth and improvement for each of the divisions in accordance with the overall corporate strategy.
