Lola Trapsh joins Pedersen & Partners’ executive search firm in Belarus
Minsk, Belarus - Pedersen & Partners, a leading executive search firm is pleased to announce that Lola Trapsh has recently joined the firm as the Country Manager for Belarus. In her new role Trapsh will be responsible for developing and managing client relationship management and execution of senior level recruitment assignments in Belarus and across Pedersen & Partners’ organisation.
Previously, Lola Trapsh has been working in both the HR management functions, and as an executive search consultant. Most recently, she was the Director of an Executive Search firm in Belarus. Additionally, Ms Trapsh is a lecturer in Human resource management and Management and organizational behaviour for an MBA programme at the Business School of State University in Belarus
