Mustafa Akca joins Pedersen & Partners’ Global Industrial Practice Group as Principal
September 1, 2022 – Istanbul, Turkiye – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 54 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Mustafa Akca to its Global Industrial Practice Group as a Principal. In this role, Mr. Akca will partner with clients seeking to strengthen their leadership teams across EMEA, Turkiye, CEE, and CIS.
Mustafa Akca brings hands-on commercial management experience from the Building Solutions sector and his international network as well as his commercial market knowledge from the Building Materials and Industrial Solutions sector. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, he spent more than 10 years within Guardian Industries, one of the world’s largest high-end glass manufacturers, where he was General Manager for the Middle East, Turkiye & CIS region. Over the course of his career in the Industrial sector, Mr. Akca accumulated extensive general management, sales, international business, strategy, and account management experience, which now gives him a comprehensive perspective on his clients’ talent management challenges. His past record in market development, producing solutions for customer needs and commercial positioning will seamlessly convert to securing leading managers for top players in the sector.
