Pedersen & Partners announces the appointment of Mikhail Yelizarov as Principal

Mr. Yelizarov is an Executive Search professional with over twenty years of comprehensive cross-functional and industrial expertise in Management, Organisational and Talent Management Consulting. Over the course of his career, Mr. Yelizarov has held senior positions ranging from Senior Consultant to Principal with several regional and global Executive Search players. Mr. Yelizarov led the Russia & CIS Industrial Practice for a global retained Executive Search company, where his unique approach and multi-faceted comprehensive expertise facilitated hundreds of talent acquisition assignments across the CIS area in the Technology, Telecom, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG and Oil & Gas industries. Last but not least, Mr. Yelizarov is a successful entrepreneur who founded and developed his own Executive Search boutique firm and has served many major private and state-owned entities. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, he was the Director for Organisational Development at Rusatom Overseas, a subsidiary of the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM. In this capacity he was responsible for organisational structure optimisation, procedural talent management improvement, and identifying potential areas for growth and development. He also played an important role in several of ROSATOM’s strategic and operational business development projects ranging from company-level tasks to international industry-wide issues.
