Pedersen & Partners Announces Promotion of Puri Paniagua to Partner and Shareholder

Pedersen & Partners, a leading global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, is pleased to announce the promotion of Puri Paniagua, who will now be a Partner and Shareholder.
Puri Paniagua joined Pedersen & Partners as a Client Partner and is currently the Global Head of the Technology & Digital Practice Group. Since joining the firm, Ms. Paniagua has played a key role in the development of the Technology & Digital Practice Group while working with top-tier global companies on executive and non-executive mandates across the Telecommunications, Technology, Professional Services, and Consumer Goods sectors.
Before commencing her career in Executive Search, Ms. Paniagua was a Partner with Accenture, where she worked for over twenty years. Ms. Paniagua has an extensive track record of completing senior-level search mandates and expertise in management audits and coaching, as well as partnering with clients to build transformative leadership teams.
Ms. Paniagua holds a degree in Chemistry and has completed the Advanced Business Management Program (ABMP) at Kellogg (Northwestern University). In addition to her native Spanish, Ms. Paniagua is fluent in English.
