With over 12 years of experience in Executive Search, Alex provides strategic guidance, industry insights, and customised talent solutions to help companies achieve their business objectives. He has successfully led teams and executed senior executive assignments for businesses of all sizes. Prior to joining the firm, Alex served as the Practice Director of the Corporate Function practice in the Shanghai office of an international talent management and consulting firm. Previously, he gained valuable expertise in senior level recruitment within the Consumer sector through several Executive Search and recruitment firms.
