Dominic Oldfield specialises in agricultural crop inputs and crop innovation markets globally, working with start-ups, PE/VC-backed firms, and global billion-dollar companies alike, leveraging over 20 years of recruitment and senior-level search experience. Dominic’s key expertise lies in global crop inputs and digital farming, with a specific focus on global functions, including regulatory affairs, portfolio and product development and marketing, commercial, territorial, and sales leaders, and senior GMs and executives. Dominic’s client partners include large chemical/pesticide manufacturers, crop nutrition companies, seed and trait companies, bio-solutions, and Ag-Tech firms from start-up/early funding to globally developed market leaders. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Dominic served as a Managing Director of the Industrial Practice and co-led the Global Agriculture Practice of a global search firm, growing the business segment across EMEA. Earlier in his career, he built an entire client base for a newly-established but global-reaching boutique search firm focused on life sciences and agricultural markets, and quickly grew the business to become a significant leader in global crop inputs, with offices on three continents and multi-million revenues.
