Nerius brings over 17 years of Human Resources experience spanning FMCG, retail, professional services, energy, and tech industries. He is a seasoned HR leader recognized for his ability to excel in both strategic and hands-on roles. His expertise includes executive search, HR consulting, policy decisions, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration. Previously, he has held senior Human Resources positions with two Lithuanian tech companies as well as EY, and L'Oréal, with responsibilities across the Baltics, where he led HR initiatives and drove organizational growth.
