Mr. Acosta brings to the firm almost twenty years of extensive experience in strategic talent management, culture development and EFQM Excellence Business Model implementation across the Professional Advisory, Industrial, Financial Services and Consumer Products Practice Groups. Mr. Acosta entered the HR management and Executive Search industry in 2009, working with European and South American clients while serving as a Deputy Director and Associate Consultant for two leading companies dedicated to Human Resources development in Colombia and Spain. Previously, Mr. Acosta was the Commercial Development Director for Anglo American, one of the world's largest mining companies, where he was in charge of commercial restructuring and sales processes optimisation. Mr. Acosta has also held the position of Deputy Director and Top Level Accounts Manager for Hoya Lens Iberia, worldwide leader in ophthalmic products, services and technology. Finally, Mr. Acosta is certified by the European Foundation for Quality Management as an Evaluator, Trainer & Advisor and is a renowned speaker with an impressive track record at international seminars, trainings and management workshops.
