Pedersen & Partners continues expansion – Opening its 50th wholly owned office in Nairobi, Kenya
Nairobi, Kenya - Pedersen & Partners, a leading international executive search firm, has expanded to Kenya where Nairobi-based Sheila Mwihia has been appointed Country Manager. Pedersen & Partners’ expansion into Kenya comes at a time when economic indicators point to sizeable growth for the continent, a projection that will translate into increased hiring of executives needed to propel such growth.

Sheila Mwihia is a Senior Consultant and Country Manager for Kenya and is responsible for growth across East Africa for Pedersen & Partners. She brings over fifteen years of experience in human resource management and high level executive search; close to eight of those years were gained at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she was involved in various assignments with senior level responsibilities across public as well as private sectors. Ms. Mwihia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a Higher Diploma in HR Management in addition to other postgraduate qualifications. Sheila is fluent in English.
