Pedersen & Partners enhances capabilities in India by adding three new Principals
December 20th, 2017 – India – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm with 56 wholly owned offices in 52 countries, is pleased to announce that Jaideep Nath, Pradeep Bahirwani and Aparna Ranadive have joined its team in India as Principals.
Mr. Nath has over 26 years of experience in consultative B2B Sales, Operations and Business Leadership across a number of industries such as Off Shoring, Banking and Financial Services. While he focuses on the IT & ITES sectors specifically, Mr. Nath also works across practices like Healthcare, Financial Services, Travel & Hospitality, and Consulting. At the beginning of his career he led the operations at Citibank in New Delhi. Later, he was a part of the team which set up the American Express Corporate Card business in India. In his role of the Regional Manager for American Express, he was responsible for the profitability of the Travel Network Business in India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan, expanding the network, ensuring compliance and providing a consistent customer experience across geographies. At Genpact, Mr. Nath held leadership positions in compliance, mobility & led the India Healthcare business. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Nath was the Chief Operating Officer for the Shared Service Centre of a privately held HR Consultancy firm.
Mr. Bahirwani brings 22 years of experience in various roles in the IT Industry. For most of his career he held leadership roles at Wipro Limited, where at various stages, he re-engineered talent acquisition and supply chain, established new business units, oversaw international sales, and carried out business planning, practice development, leadership hiring and team management. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Bahirwani took a sabbatical from his corporate career, which resulted in two books and one patent application.
Ms. Ranadive’s experience spans over 23 years of talent selection, recruitment, change management and leadership development in the Media & Entertainment and Retail sectors. Over the course of her successful career, Ms. Ranadive held several leadership roles with large global enterprises working directly with the Boards and senior management teams on making strategic decisions, creating performance oriented teams and cultures, training, and overseeing HR audit and operational excellence. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Ranadive led her privately owned HR Advisory & Consulting boutique firm.
