Moscow, Russia – Dmitry Koltygin has been appointed Principal at Pedersen & Partners, a leading international executive search firm. In his new role Koltygin will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and managers, and execution of senior level recruitment assignments across countries covered by the firm.
Dmitry Koltygin has over 10 years of experience in executive research and recruitment in Russia and Eastern Europe. He has worked for an international recruitment firm in Russia for 2 years before founding an Executive Search boutique in 2002 in Moscow.

He has also studied Operations Management at William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester, Rochester, N.Y., U.S.A. In addition to his native Russian, he speaks fluent English.
