Pedersen & Partners executive search appoints Petra Grabmayer as Country Manager for Czech Republic
Prague, Czech Republic – Petra Grabmayer steps up to replace Poul Pedersen as the Country Manager for Czech Republic. Poul Pedersen will remain based in Prague and will continue his role as Managing Partner of the firm.
Petra Grabmayer will take on the responsibility for continued development and growth of Pedersen & Partners in the Czech Republic and utilising the firm’s wide geographic coverage and deep industry expertise for assisting local and international clients in attracting management talent. The Prague office of Pedersen & Partners consists of 6 consultants and 4 researchers, in addition to a number of shared services functions, as Prague serves as the global headquarters of the firm.
Ms. Grabmayer joined Pedersen & Partners in May 2009 and has displayed an extraordinarily strong capability to strengthen client relationships. She has built a portfolio of loyal clients and recruited for the positions of CEO, COO, CFO, HRD, Sales Director and Managing Director as well as others, in the pharma, industry, retail, IT and banking sectors.

Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms Grabmayer was Business Development Manager Europe for ProTrans International, a US based supplier of logistics services. Previously, she was Sales & Marketing Manager for Czech Republic and Slovakia at Business Travel Unlimited (RaiffeisenLandesbank) and Director at Berlitz School of languages.
Ms Grabmayer has an Executive MBA from University of Pittsburgh, U.S.A and a Masters’ Degree from Prague University of Economics. She speaks native Czech and fluent English, Slovak and German.
