William Bila is a Human Resources expert with over 20 years of experience working in France, Canada, Germany, CEE, the USA and Latin America. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in various Human Resources roles with companies such as Allianz, Deloitte, KPMG and Ernst & Young. Additionally, Mr. Bila has four years of retained Executive Search experience as a consultant with a firm in the Czech Republic.
