Pedersen & Partners expands its team in Poland
February 12th, 2014 - Warsaw, Poland - Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm, has announced today several new additions to its Polish office, strengthening its position in the Executive Search market within CEE. Pedersen & Partners was founded in 2001 in Warsaw and Prague, and has grown, now, to 50 offices across 47 countries.
Dariusz Użycki joins the team as a Client Partner and Head of the Industrial Practice Group for CEE & CIS Regions. Before joining the firm, he worked for more than 12 years as a senior manager within the recruitment industry focused on executive and senior management placements and B2B consulting across the CEE and CIS regions. In addition, Mr. Użycki has professional experience in leadership development and executive coaching and has authored and co-authored articles within the Harvard Business Review Poland and Corporate Governance Review.
Anna Lisowska-Rakowska and Tomasz Mączyński have joined Pedersen & Partners as Consultants. Ms. Lisowska-Rakowska brings to the firm an extensive background in HR and executive recruitment with more than 5 years working for a leading international recruitment agency based in Poland as a Senior Consultant. She has a strong reputation in the Industrial sector, namely, Construction, Manufacturing, Energy and Chemicals.
Mr. Mączyński will be returning to Pedersen & Partners where he started his career in Executive Search in 2002. Prior to rejoining the firm, Mr. Mączyński developed a strong reputation within the industry having worked with several Executive Search firms, including, most recently, Russell Reynolds Associates.
