Marek Petruš is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Prague, Czech Republic. Mr. Petruš is a senior professional with extensive experience in C-level Executive Search from a boutique Executive Search firm headquartered in Prague, where he executed search mandates across a range of sectors in the Czech Republic and central Europe. He also acted in a Head of Research role for a top 5 global Executive Search firm. During his earlier executive career, Marek worked as the Chancellor and Executive Director of the General Secretariat of the Czech National Bank, in charge of the overall external and stakeholder relations of the Bank. He started his career as a reporter and correspondent for global media outlets, such as Dow Jones and Reuters. Mr. Petruš holds a Mass Communications and Journalism MA degree from Charles University in Prague. In addition to his native Czech, he is fluent in English and speaks basic German.
