Cairo, Egypt - Pedersen & Partners, the leading international executive search firm, has opened a new office in Cairo, Egypt, maintaining its commitment to further expand in Middle East & Africa. Ahmad M. Ismail has been appointed Country Manager for Egypt.

Ahmad M. Ismail brings a wealth of experience and market knowledge gained from the management consulting sector, having been Executive Manager at Ernst & Young, heading the Performance Improvement unit in Egypt. Prior to that, he was a founding partner and a senior member of Integrated Marketing Solutions (IMS), Integrated Education Solutions (IES) and Business Development Solutions (BDS) since its establishment in 1996.

During the course of his career, Ahmad’s consulting work covered areas of strategic management & business development, human capital and organisational development, as well as executive recruitment.

Ahmad M. Ismail studied Economics, obtained a postgraduate diploma in HR Management from the American University in Cairo, and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management in Netherlands. Ahmad speaks native Arabic and fluent English.
