The Country Manager for Slovenia is Nedo Beširević. Nedo Beširević joined Pedersen & Partners in 2006 as a Regional Consultant and brings 17 years of experience from the healthcare and business consulting industry, including ten years with Johnson & Johnson in UK and Slovenia. In addition to his native Slovenian, Mr Beširević speaks fluent English, Croatian, Serbian, and can communicate in Bulgarian and Macedonian.

The Country Manager for Moldova is Radu Russu. Mr Russu joined Pedersen & Partners in early 2007. Previously he was a Managing Director at RolsiMedia in Moldova. He also has business and management experience from Ireland, England and Slovenia. In addition to his native Romanian he speaks fluent English and Russian, as well as conversational Italian and Slovene.

The Country Manager for Bosnia & Herzegovina is Azra Delalic. Ms. Delalic has ten years of experience with multilateral and bilateral development institutions such as: Austrian Development Agency, International Financial Cooperation (IFC) and the World Bank, where she has worked as business development manager and programme manager for economic development. In addition to her native Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian, Ms Delalic speaks fluent English.
