Christo Andrea is the Country Manager for Cyprus. Mr Andrea has more than 10 years of management experience. Most recently he was the General Manager of Phoenix in Cyprus. Mr Andrea has a diploma in Business Management and Administration from Varsity College in Durban, South Africa. In addition to his native English and Greek, he speaks fluent Afrikaans, Xhosa and can communicate in Dutch.
Irakli Kilasonia is the Country Manager for Georgia. Mr Kilasonia has over 10 years of operations management experience in retail and insurance industries both in
Georgia and the U.S.A. Mr Kilasonia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the European School of Management in Tbilisi, Georgia. In addition to his native Georgian, he speaks fluent English and Russian and conversational Spanish.
Ms Minerva Cernea is the Country Manager for Canada. Ms Cernea has worked for Pedersen & Partners since 2003. She began as the Country Manager for Romania and since 2004 has been the Head of the North American Client Service Desk in Toronto. To this moment Ms Cernea and Pedersen & Partners have gained enough insight into the market in Canada to open an office and to conduct search assignments in Canada.
