Pedersen & Partners strengthens its LATAM team by welcoming Isabel Carrasco as Country Manager for Chile

Ms. Carrasco has over ten years of Executive Search and recruitment experience with a focus on the Finance, Legal, Audit, Energy, Automotive, Engineering and Real Estate industries. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she gained in-depth expertise managing the Chilean branch of a Fortune Global 500 recruitment company, completing assignments in niche IT, Life Sciences, Engineering and Technology segments within emerging and established markets across Latin America. She has also served in senior management positions for an S&P 500 global recruitment company and a specialized recruitment boutique firm covering Finance, Accounting, and internal audit projects. Before entering the Executive Search and recruitment industry, she worked as a Business Consultant for a real estate mortgage investment company.
