Pedersen & Partners takes over TalentOn Executive Search
September 3rd, 2013 - Prague, Czech Republic – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search firm with 50 offices in 47 countries, has taken over the Czech search firm TalentOn. The founder and Managing Partner of TalentOn Monika Kubičková will move to Pedersen & Partners and take on the role of Principal, to be based in Prague.
After a business development career with the UK law firm, Clifford Chance, and later, the US Business School Prague, Ms. Kubičková founded her Executive Search firm, TalentOn, in 2008 where she was the Managing Partner. She has spent the last five years successfully closing senior management roles for many top Czech companies and gained significant experience across various industries with specialization in the Private Equity, Banking, Finance and Professional Services sectors.
