Kheng Hua Tan is a seasoned Executive Search professional with more than 18 years of working experience in Executive Search & Leadership Assessment. Prior to Executive Search, she worked largely in Communications/Brand Management/Event Management roles. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Tan had her own boutique Search firm and earlier in her career she worked with several leading global Executive Search companies. Throughout her career, Ms. Tan partnered with a broad range of clients, including global Fortune 500 companies, top local conglomerates, and government-linked companies whilst developing her track record mainly in the Consumer, Industrial, Technology, and Financial Services. Ms. Tan is also passionate about ESG, having networked and supported clients in hiring Sustainability and Green Technology senior talent for various organisations.
