Monika is a seasoned Executive Search professional with over 20 years of experience in Executive Search and business development, predominantly in the international Financial Services sector in Central and Eastern Europe. As an Executive Search professional, Monika has successfully closed more than 300 mandates and conducted various leadership management assessments. Most recently, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer within a large international privately held Financial Services organisation, and her earlier work experience includes positions with ING and Clifford Chance.
