Rob van Wingerden’s 25-year career has involved close collaboration with CEOs and C-suite leaders in the areas of global HR leadership, talent management, transformation, M&A integration, and strategic restructuring. During his tenure at Trivium Packaging, Rob played a pivotal strategic role in steering cultural enhancement, orchestrating a comprehensive overhaul, and spearheading EBITDA improvement initiatives. Rob has held Human Resources leadership roles at corporations such as Danaher Corporation and Philips, guiding international HR endeavours, facilitating large-scale restructuring efforts, ensuring seamless M&A integration, fostering talent acquisition, and nurturing leadership development. Prior to that, Rob gained commercial leadership experience as Head of Business Unit Domestic Appliances and Personal Care for Philips Netherlands & Central-Eastern Europe, and at Monster.com.
