With close to 10 years of experience in the recruitment industry, she has successfully placed senior-level professionals across various functions in different Asian markets. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Xu served as a Senior Manager with Nike’s Talent Acquisition Team and before that, she served as Director in the Shanghai and Hong Kong offices of a regional recruitment consultancy company, covering major markets in Asia. In her earlier career, Ms. Xu worked with two international Executive Search companies, where she excelled at enabling functional recruitment, specialising in Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, and HR roles.
