Stephan is a seasoned and passionate professional with over 15 years of international experience in Executive Search and Talent Attraction. Overall, he works with globally-operating small-, mid-, and large cap funds and has a broad and resilient network of CXOs with PE-experience. Before joining the firm, he worked for a European Private Equity Advisory and Executive Search firm where he acted as the Head of the CFO Practice. He advised Private Equity Funds and their portfolio companies in Executive Search-related issues focusing on C-level and Board positions. In his earlier career, he held pivotal roles with several international Executive Search firms, focusing on CXO and Chairman-level mandates. With a strong track record in Executive Search and a talent for building long-lasting relationships, Stephan's skills extend to a solution-orientated and spot-on Leadership Advisor, underlined by an empathic and trustful work ethic.
