Rekha Murthy joins Pedersen & Partners as Client Partner

Ms. Murthy is an accomplished executive with over 24 years of extensive experience in Technology and Telecom across India, APAC and the USA. Her professional experience spans a successful career in cross-functional operations, P&L oversight, sales, business development, strategic marketing and distribution in well-established organizations and start-ups alike. She has held senior leadership roles at leading global companies such as Harvard Business School Publishing, SAP, PeopleSoft, Digital Equipment Corporation and Wyse Technology. Ms. Murthy entered the Executive Search industry in 2011 as a Senior Partner, leading the Technology and Telecom Practice of a global retained Executive Search company headquartered in the UK. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Murthy was a Senior Partner responsible for the Global Technology Markets at the world’s largest Executive Search company.
