Tamas Gonczi of Pedersen & Partners has been promoted to Principal
Budapest, Hungary – Pedersen & Partners, the leading international executive search firm, is happy to announce the promotion of Tamas Gonczi to Principal. In his new role Gonczi will be responsible for client relationship management and execution of senior level recruitment assignments across the markets of Central Europe.
Tamas Gonczi joined Pedersen & Partners in 2007. Based out of Hungary, he has conducted searches in Bulgaria, Macedonia, Russia, Slovakia and Ukraine advising clients on the recruitment of senior managers across such industries as: IT/Telecom, Retail, FMCG, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Oil&Gas. Before joining the firm, Mr. Gonczi was a Consultant for an international recruitment firm and has also gained experience in human resources management within the hotel industry in Hungary and in the technology sector in the USA.

Tamas Gonczi obtained BA in Economics from the University of Montana and MA in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, U.S.A. He speaks fluent Hungarian, English and French.
