Workshop in Prague - How to attract and keep good employees?

On May 21 the Family Business Association in the Czech Republic will host the workshop presented by Petra Grabmayer, Partner and Country Manager for Czech Republic and Monika Kubickova, Client Partner "How to attract and retain quality employees in your company?"

The discussion will focus around the topics of the advantages and disadvantages of working for a family business, as well as expansion of Czech family firms into Western Europe markets and recruitment of candidates in Western Europe, and will specifically highlight:

  • Practical tips on how to attract and retain talent in today's environment and mistakes to avoid
  • Remuneration structure: typical structures that work and which ones do not work.
