With over 12 years of experience in recruitment and Executive Search, Ms. Chen has built a strong career in the Life and Health Insurance recruitment space. Her expertise encompasses various roles within the industry, including life actuarial functions, product development, risk, business development, C-suite, and senior appointments. Prior to her current role at Pedersen & Partners, she gained valuable experience with international recruitment companies focused on the insurance sector. Earlier in her career, she also worked in the talent solutions and Executive Search divisions for the investment banking, transaction and commercial banking, private equity, and asset management sectors.
