Adrian has a deep understanding of strategic HR initiatives, leadership consulting, and talent management across multiple industries, particularly in Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, Medtech), diverse Industrial sectors (including Electronics, Energy & Automation), and Healthcare Services. Throughout his career, Adrian has played a key role in developing HR strategies, guiding leadership teams, and driving organisational improvements.
Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Adrian held senior roles with several leading players in the Executive Search sector in Switzerland, where he specialised in Executive Search, Leadership Development, HR Strategy Consulting, and Talent Management. Earlier in his career, Adrian served as Head of HR Recruiting at a German-based company, where he implemented a comprehensive hiring strategy for global operations, managed talent acquisition, and supported leadership development across the organisation.
