Pedersen & Partners appoints Jacob George as Client Partner in India

Jacob focuses on the Financial Services sector and is part of our Global Insurance Practice Group. Jacob has over 15 years of experience in Executive Search & Leadership Consulting, advising clients in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. His expertise includes a successful track record of delivering leadership mandates in Insurance, Retail and Wholesale Banking, Asset Management, Investment Banking, and Private Equity. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Jacob held senior roles in several Executive Search firms, specializing in C-Suite Executive Search for Indian and global companies. Throughout his career, Jacob has successfully led Executive Search engagements for clients across a variety of functional areas, including Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and Audit, with a particular focus on the Financial Services sector. His broad industry knowledge and network have enabled him to partner with clients in securing top leadership to drive business growth. Jacob earned a Bachelors Degree in Electronics from the University of Mysore and is fluent in English and Hindi.
