Pedersen & Partners adds Melody Chang as a Principal in China
July 20, 2022 – Shanghai, China – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 54 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, is pleased to announce that Melody Chang has joined the firm as part of the Technology & Digital Practice in our Shanghai office.
Melody Chang has approximately two decades of search and technology industry experience, and has spent the last ten years working with professional search firms focused on the Technology & Digital sectors. At Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Chang is responsible for conducting Executive Search assignments within the Technology & Digital ecosystem and is a member of our Global Technology & Digital practice. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Chang spent four years as a Senior Consultant with a search firm headquartered in Singapore and specialising in IoT and AI sector clients, focusing on top platform and unicorn companies in Mainland China and overseas. Before that, Ms. Chang spent three years with a publicly listed HR solutions provider in Taiwan, where she led Mainland China and overseas market development efforts within the Technology sector. Earlier in her career, Ms. Chang developed new products and go-to-market strategies for a Big Data software start-up, specialising in numerical analysis and software engineering.
