Pedersen & Partners adds Neslihan Yalcin to its Strategic Advisory team in Turkiye
September 27, 2022 – Istanbul, Turkiye – Pedersen & Partners, a leading international Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with 54 wholly owned offices in 50 countries, welcomes Neslihan Yalcin to its Istanbul team as a Client Partner. In this capacity, Ms. Yalcin will work in the Leadership Consulting sector, both in Turkiye and internationally.
Neslihan Yalcin is a seasoned C-Level executive with experience in HR leadership, account management, strategy consulting, and transformation. Ms. Yalcin has worked in a range of industries and geographies for more than 25+ years, serving as CHRO for Petrol Ofisi, the leader of the fuel and lubricant sectors in Turkiye, and Global Capability Lead for Talent & HR at Accenture. She has also worked as an Associate Client Partner for a global Executive Search and Leadership Consulting firm with a particular focus on leadership team design, systems architecture, and global HR Transformation. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners as a Client Partner, Ms. Yalcin was the CHRO for a global clothing retailer.
