With over 13 years of experience in executive search, Mr. Markwirth has a proven track record in advising clients on all aspects of recruitment and leadership advisory, in particular by identifying and placing top-tier talent across all industries mainly for international SMEs. 

Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Markwirth managed and eventually led one of Switzerland's top executive search firms, guiding it to international prominence as a representative of a global executive search network. His rapid career progression from Consultant to Partner in just two years highlights his strategic skills and dedication. He’s known for identifying leadership talent and promoting diversity and inclusion in his work.
