Pedersen & Partners boosts its European presence and appoints new Head of Consumer Products and Retail for Germany

Mr. Großmann brings a wealth of expertise to the firm, with more than three decades of substantial management and leadership experience in the Executive Search, FMCG, Retail and Media industries, and numerous completed cross-border assignments in Executive Search, Executive Assessment and Board Services. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Großmann was a Senior Partner with a leading global Executive Search firm, where he led and executed General Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Operations search mandates. Before transitioning to Executive Search, he held several commercial, sales and marketing leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, Tchibo, PepsiCo, and Bertelsmann. Mr. Großmann has a deep understanding of strategy and business model design and implementation, and has been instrumental in developing and executing key growth sales strategies, drawing up the tactics and action plans required to achieve established financial and organisational targets.
