As we step into 2026, I would like to take a moment to reflect. It has been 25 years since I founded Pedersen & Partners with a small, dedicated team in Prague and Warsaw. Today, we stand as a global leader in Executive Search and Leadership Consulting, with 56 wholly owned offices across 50 countries.
The world of Executive Search has evolved, but our core values have remained constant. From day one, we have upheld Trust, Relationship, and Professionalism in everything we do - whether with clients, executives, or within our own team. These values have guided our decisions and shaped the foundation of our success.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to our clients and executives who have been with us through the years - many for over two decades. Your trust and partnership have been instrumental in shaping Pedersen & Partners.
I would also like to acknowledge the incredible Pedersen & Partners global team. It fills me with pride that close to 100 of you have been with us for over 10 years.
